We specialize in providing wedding decorations, including stage setups, floral backdrops, table centerpieces, aisle décor, arches, mandaps, lightings. Themed setups for mehndi/sangeet, receptions, cultural and corporate events and more.
Do you provide custom decoration themes?
Yes! While we offer pre-designed themes, we’re happy to customize colors, styles, and elements to match your vision. Share your ideas and KIKO will bring them to life.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons. However, we may accommodate last-minute bookings (subject to availability).
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, we typically have a minimum order value depending on the type and scale of the event. Please contact us directly for specific pricing details.
Do you deliver, set up, and take down the decorations?
Absolutely. Our team handles delivery, complete setup, and post-event dismantling, so you can relax and enjoy your big day stress-free.
Are there any additional charges (like transportation or labor)?
Our quotes are transparent and typically include transportation and labor. Any extra charges (like extended time for event) will be clearly communicated beforehand.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Montreal, Laval, Cornwall and Ottawa. For outstation events, additional travel or logistics fees may apply.

What happens if something gets damaged during the event?
A refundable security deposit may be required. In case of damage, deductions may be made based on the cost of repair or replacement.
Do you work with other vendors (venues, planners, florists)?
Yes, we regularly collaborate with venues, planners, and other vendors to ensure a seamless and coordinated event experience.
How do I reserve a setup?
To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is typically due before the event week.
